Sub + V1/s

Sub + am/is/are + V3

Present Continuous

Sub + am/is/are + Verb-ing form

Present Perfect

Sub + has/have + V3

Sub + has/have + been + V3

Present Perfect Continuous

Sub + has/have + been + Verb-ing form

No passive voice

Change the following into passive voice:

1. An earthquake has destroyed the town.

2. They are using video for teaching the student.

3. He makes his wife work with him in the coal mine.

4. All desire wealth and some acquire it.

5. Someone has cut the telegraph wires.

Solution:

1. The town has been destroyed by an earthquake.

2. Video is being used for teaching the children.

3. His wife is made to work with him in the coal mine.

4. Wealth is desired by all and acquired by some.

5. The telegraph wires have been cut.
